anyways, this scam called the law ....
my lawyer friend's been educating me about it .....
it's damm funny really .....
all you have to do, is to make sure you hire the services of one
of the big gun law firms, like D&N, R&T, HE, etc ...
they can steam-roller the opposition sometimes without even
going to court ... cos they have lots of lower level junior lawyers
to do all the dirty grunt work, and can wear down the other chaps
by procedures alone .... "oh, this thing's not submitted by this
time, I refuse to accept, reapply to the court again !" etc etc
........
soon, the other chaps will start sweating, cos the costs are sky
rocketing for him ... he'll negotiate for a settlement, and you
tack your legal costs over to him too ..... 
wish it was so easy for me though ....
This is old news
Other way is to find a desperate Indian lawyer who is also very
good at this kind of wayang
